It is a truth universally acknowledged that rewards are a sure-fire way to get people to go the extra mile. That said, it is also a fact of life that not just any reward will do the job. In other words, right kind of reward will, well, be rewarded with the right kind of spike in performance.
Speaking of which, it is in the second and more crucial part of the reward-performance equation that we can make a big difference – something the Times Group will happily vouch for after experiencing what we put together for them recently.
The story goes like this. The mighty Times Group was looking an appropriate way to reward employees who demonstrated the ability to go big when it came to meeting their targets. After hearing from associates and well-wishers that we were the experts at handling this sort of challenge, they contacted us with a brief to develop their Extra Punch Award.
Put simply, everything from the concept of the design to the fabrication of the final product was taken care of by our product development team, which is always more than just willing to do more in order to come up with knockout solutions – like the one shown in the images below – for any client.
The discerning few may have noticed that the bottom screen section of the award has been left blank. The space allows the manager to leave a personal for the recipient of the award.
The question that needs to be asked now is was the Times Group floored by our efforts? Well, they liked it so much they have decided to give out these awards every quarter to their employees.
