Our client came to us with an image of a maze with an arrow running through it. They told us they’d like us to use the image to create a souvenir for a program they were doing. So we created these wooden plaques with a 3-D maze that also highlighted the 4 underlining themes of the program.
LinkedIn wanted to gift boxes full of ‘LinkedIn’ goodies to a carefully-culled list of its esteemed recruiters across India. The objective of this exercise was to emphasize to these human resource scouts the untold value of using LinkedIn, the world’s largest professional network, for their needs.

When tasked to create the ICICI Premier League (IPL) Sales Award, we thought it best to turn the award into a cricket ground using our specialty wooden plaques and a grass turf, with the scoreboard and the name of the ‘star sales player’ etched on it.

The Prime Time Awards is the leading platform to celebrate creative excellence in the world of television commercials. When we were asked to fabricate the giveaway for it, it just had to be in keeping with the prestige of the event.Made out of black acrylic and metal and etched with great care, our team turned out something truly gorgeous and apt.
Each trophy was made of sycamore pieces with tasteful touches of orange acrylic to signify the flame and fire in the belly that the award celebrates. The item was then branded with the client logo and recipient’s name.

These Independence Day Mementos for Kotak celebrate the monumental Dandi March. To make this idea come alive, we began by showcasing a picture of the epochal moment when the Father of the Nation picked up a handful of salt at Dandi. In addition, we included a bottle of rock salt from Sabarmati, the place from where The Mahatma kicked off the Dandi March.
To make these trophies, we laser cut mild steel sheets, which were then bent, painted, and engineered in less than 5 days into an understated and gleaming trophy for an annual event called Engineering Recognition Day at our client's Hyderabad and Chennai offices.

Rueda, for one of their big ticket events – (IAACON 2017), an annual conference of the Indian Arthroplasty Association – needed a batch of distinctive souvenirs to hand out to distinguished members of the faculty.
We put our heads together and came up with the idea of plaques made of exclusive German Pine Wood with an acrylic carving of the symbol displayed on it to begin with, and the logo engraved. Rueda approved the idea. And we executed it in double quick time.
We created calendars for IIMjobs that were eye-catching and eminently desk-worthy. We chose to go with a postcard-sized calendar. For starters, we created a classy wooden base. This held twelve elegant leaves (one for each month), made of fine paper. Each leaf was designed to showcase an inspiring quote about recruitment and careers. All of which, made it most relevant and attractive to the receiver.
In addition, in keeping with the festive spirit, we fashioned a neat red gift box, on which was a message in beautiful calligraphy, and into each box went a calendar. The complete package was then couriered by us to all of IIMjobs' clients.
The BST Annual Awards is an important event in the BCG calendar. We create unique trophies every year for this event.
For each category, we created an artwork that was used in a trophy made out of two precisely-cut wooden plaques and classy acrylic board sandwiched between them.
The wooden plaques were partially engraved – to communicate the category – and partially printed to showcase the colours of the BCG logo and the recipient’s name.
we created a distinctive 15 Years of Service Plaque. It's made out of a wooden block and acrylic sheets, with design flourishes in 3-D that showcase personalised messages. The form of this award flows organically from its function, which is to handsomely showcase a letter of appreciation and words that celebrate a long and glorious innings at HDFC Life.
In order to commemorate the very old and valued association of HDFC Life and Cholamandalam, with each other, we decided to create an elegant dragon boat – a timeless symbol of stability and success. We used gorgeous and enduring materials to create it – to ensure that the memory would be a beautiful and long-lasting one. On the base of this boat, was inscribed a message from HDFC Life to Cholamandalam and it was then given a gleaming acrylic casing.
For an international event, Aptech wanted us to create a memento that was unique, classy, and very memorable. Our team crafted a batch of wooden engraved clocks that were placed in stylish wooden boxes that caught the eye any which way you looked at them.
The Moneylife Foundation logo carries a lighthouse in it. We used it to guide our design thinking and turned out a trophy inspired by their brand symbol, with a light house in 3D topping it off in grand style.
Intellecap called on us to fabricate a memento to commemorate the ‘closing of a deal’. They had thought of a design for this. And they wanted us to elevate it with our workmanship.
For this very focussed brief, we brought our material and fabrication expertise to the fore and created a elegant wooden base with a fixed acrylic attachment at the top. This, in our opinion, was a graceful way to do justice to the client’s idea and the occasion it was commemorating. Intellecap concurred.
Nothing says ‘personalised’ more than a Be You Memento. Crafted by Engrave Awards, it directly speaks to the recipient encouraging them to be their own self. It tells them that they are respected for who they are and initiates the idea of individuality in a truly unique way. The words and threads can be used to express what the particular employee feels about herself. Add a personalised card and this desktop display can be a great way to remind her for the rest of the year that it may not be Women’s day every day but her contribution to the organisation is valued every day.
Asian Paints has a product called Woodtech. The special thing about Woodetch is that it gives wooden furniture a premium glass-like finish. Asian Paints was organising a sports-themed event for Woodtech dealers. They tasked us to design, execute, and deliver trophies and souvenirs for this event.
We created a cricket ball case and trophy in solid wood and clean-cut acrylic. On the former, we embossed the Asian Paints logo. We chose to use wood and acrylic to give the keepsakes a classic and contemporary aura, in keeping with the qualities that Woodetech infuses the furniture it touches.
The BBC was sponsoring a corporate golf tournament. They wanted to make their presence felt here by offering all the participants personalised keepsakes that would be cherished for years to come.
Every year, Aditya Birla Capital organises an annual event for their employees. The event is known as Prathum. This year, this event was a grand 2-day celebration organised by one of the country’s best event agencies, Fountainhead. It was Fountainhead that came to us with the brief.
We designed a desktop-clock-cum- pen holder with the logo of the event printed on it and a nifty package to hand it out in.
Republic TV is already one of India’s most popular news channels. This year, they celebrated a year of being around. And since Republic TV wanted this event to be a cherished memory, they turned to us to help them with it.
What we came up with, was a personalised work of business art made out of wood and acrylic in the brand colours of Republic TV, with the recipient’s name engraved on it, and placed in an elegant box.
The Kabaddi Masters Cup is a multi-nation event. This year, it was held in Dubai. We were bestowed the privilege of designing and crafting the trophy and medals for it.
This is the first time that Engrave has been called upon to put its design and manufacturing skills in the service of an event of this stature.
For creative inspiration, we turned to the heart of Kabaddi. And it paid off handsomely.The medals and the trophy were imbued with cues from a signature move in Kabaddi known as ‘The Raid’. So the six layers of the metal arcs symbolize the number of teams participating in the tournament, while the rod in the center with the logo represents the raider.
